I did not know that so my smaller 16" has more sidewall then?

I have the same exact setup, and it works just fine with my '16 SGS on it.No fender skirt, and just make sure your adjustment on the back side is set right for the wheel size. It's close, but it fits and I don't even sweat it anymore.

I have a hf chock and trimmed the one side of the chock as it would hit the fender on both my '12 and '14 ultra limited fenders. The original table chock worked fine.

I don't have a picture, but strap the back of the bike down, lift from under the frame (scissor lift or jack), remove 2 pins and the chock comes off. Remove front wheel.

Carpet runners on a carpet garage floor, Just wondering if you did this to prevent the lift from moving when riding the bike on the lift ? I kinda like the idea of ride on, step off, walk away .

With that rear gate bolt in the lowest position, does it lock the bike up tight enough to be left without strapping it down, or did you just remove the straps temporarily to the the work you were doing at the time ?

I had a HF lift years ago, but I never trusted it. Base is too narrow. Bought an extra wide drop tail Direct Lift, and never looked back.

Tried to give it away to a friend and he hasn't come and picked it up yet. I'm tired of it being in my shop, may give it away to someone local.

Would you happen to have a picture of the part you had to trim off the HF chock ? , Your '12 ultra should have the same fender and wheel combo as my '11.

I use that black HF drive-in wheel chock on my 04 RK, with the pretty fender extension. It clears, the rear flip up does not hit it.

The chock holds the bike very securely. I do sometimes skip the straps, though I would not advise it.

I simply ride up and into the chock, but you could walk it up as well. Getting it out of the chock is harder. I use my reverse gear, but by hand it will require a strong pull to get it out.

Ive had mine up, and been on the bike, without incident.
