Is it possible to modify a 2009 touring seat to fit a 2005 road glide?
I don't really care about cosmetics as the bike is ugly anyways.

 

Anything is possible. If it is cheap enough and you don’t care how it looks, go for it. But I would just look for one that fits. I got one off eBay a couple years ago that doesn’t look like it’s ever been used.

 

Frame changed in 09 but like he said anything is possible

 

The front of the seats are different... 2008 and newer seats have a slot in them, that a tab on the frame slides into.
The older seats have the tab on the seats... opposite of the newer seats, but with that said....
Below is for sale on Ebay... which is, I think an '08 and new seat modified to fit on an older bike... so, there's that lol
