If money is not an object it's theway to go. I have a Zumo 550 on the bars now and I did not need something else to take on and off. Also the controls are right there at your finger tips everything is on the screen and the reception is great. While your at it get the Hog Tune amp and speakers and you will be really jamming.
let me know if you want a receiver, I have a few with antennas and all the works, stopped using XM when I got to many commercials
we can work out a deal I'm sure

Too many commercials?...I run XM on my FLHT & in my truckand have never heard a commercial on any of my music stations, 46, 49, 50 and a few others. Which ones are you talking about?

Commercials??? I thought the purpose of satilite radio was to aviod commercials (and the FCC).
For $800 you can have a Zumo 550 GPS plus its XM add-on antenna. Yeah, you will have to mount it on your handlebars, but the Zumo nav unit is really sweet.
maybe commercials was not the right term, how about talking and chatter, whenI inquired they told me that was true but to compensate the gave me more stations, Spanish and hip hop, so MPS of my Music on my 07 HD with the new radio works for me
The radio is satelite radio "ready" Meaning, there is an outlet on the back of the radio for you to plug in the receiver to download the satelite radio. You are buyingthe receiver
