The easiest/least expensive solution is to weld a spacer under the existing jiffy stand foot. You can try different thickness spacers until you arrive at the tilt you want.
Most any welding shop can TIG weld the spacer to your jiffy stand ... if you can't find a local shop, I'll do it for $20 plus return shipping (probably $6 - $8). The only disadvantage to this is that you'll have to get the stand rechromed.

what are you trying to accomplish with the stand? Make it easier to stand up? In high winds you may be sorry.If height is a problem consider the low profile touring shocks.those will lower the bike but reduce the lean angle.

If memory serves - years ago when center stands were on HD's they were pretty involved in getting the bike up on it - kick stands were alot easier and went up in a jiffy / hence: JIFFYSTANDS. Question was asked years ago at the York HD tour ...
