My tour pack lights aren’t working bi disconnected them and put test light to lead and it has power. So why aren’t the lights working ?

 

Broken wire in the harness between the lead that has power and the lights or a bad ground.

 

Where did you disconnect the lights, at the receptacle on the lights or the connector under the seat? Are all of the lights out run, brake, turn, side lights? Year?
