Default using headphones with streetglide radio

I have an 07 Streetglide with the standard HK audio system. Is there any way to plug headphones into the radio and get sound into the headset? It appears that the aux plug works only as an input for an external device (like an mp3 player). I'd love to figure a way to use my headset rather than use the standard speakers at freeway speeds. Any thoughts appreciated.

Well....you asked for an opinion....I would not use headphones on a bike. It is hard enough driving for everyone around you on the road; I think it would be way to dangerous and most likely is illegal. Do you really want to give up some of your ability to moniter the people driving around you in a car and truck that is not paying attention? If you are more interested in listening to your music take your car and leave bike home. I don't want anyone riding gettinghurt if it is avoidable.

Headphones are most definately a bad idea in my opinion.

Intercom/cb use is only intermittent unless you are a real jabberbox.

I think the guy is asking for asimple yes or no answer, not for Mom's advice.

The HK radio on the SG does not support the use of headphones. It should but it doesn't.

Exactly what I thought.

To the original poster: There was another thread discussing adding a heaphone jack to the radio. The guys discussing it never really came to a conclusion of the best way to do it, or if it is even possible. I'm kind of hoping somebody comes up with something.
