Need some help. Just installed New GTS radio WHIM module and correct harness into my 2015 Road Glide . Install instructions say radio will beep every 3 seconds until programmed by dealer.
I have no audio, Checked unit is not muted and set to speakers. Also swapped over Satellite unit that is not appearing in Menu nor is any Navigation. I waited months for it besides the cost. I am hoping someone tells me its because its not programmed. Popped old unit back in it fired right up and started playing which rules out any issue with amp/wiring.

I'm pretty sure it just needs to be flashed by the dealer, but you can check with the guys in the Audio Forum here to be certain.

 

The instructions seem to be pretty clear:

Radio configuration using DIGITAL TECHNICIAN II (Part Number:HD-48650) diagnostic tool is:

• Required before audio system OPERATION. System will beep every 3 seconds until configuration is completed.

 

Very except I a not getting any beep that what has me concerned

 

As mentioned, you need to get it flashed to work, so install it, get it flashed, and then if there is no audio, you'll be able to properly trouble shoot the issue...

It could be something simple like in the set-up menus, or an issue with the new GTS radio, the WHIM itself, or the harness...

You mentioned an amp and speakers. Is it Boom equipment or aftermarket?
When you have the GTS flashed to your bike, have the proper bin file flashed for a flat eq curve.
