Slip on Fishtails

Got 36" fishtails on my '08 FLHT. I installed baffles to keep the back pressure from disappearing. Tames the bark, but it's still plenty loud enough for my liking. Also, a LOT easier than installing torque cones. I measured how deep the head pipe is into the muffler, and drilled the mount holes appropriate to that, since they can't be installed from the outlet end. 20 minute job. BTW, mine are NOT the "fat" pipes. 1.75 diameter the entire length. Engine also has the stage 1 intake and feuling reaper torque cams, along with a fuel tuner, so the fuel mix is still good.

Only difference I see is that mine has true dual head pipes, rather than the factory headers pipes. Runs cooler, and if I lost a couple pounds of torque, well, I'm not racing it, and where I ride on the tach, I don't notice the loss. The cams and fuel tuner seem to take care of that for me.
