Kuryakyn Adustable Passenger Pegs Question

RE: Kuryakyn Adustable Passenger Pegs Question
I need to install an adjustable set-up on my '07 SG for the Wife. The back of her calfs hit the bag guards, and she hates it! I would like to ditch the pegs, and put in some floorboards that match the factory Streamliners up front. What is the best way to go about it, use the HD Adjustable Floorboard Mount Kit, or does Kuryakyn make something less expensive that would work with the HD Boards?
Thanks

RE: Kuryakyn Adustable Passenger Pegs Question
ricoman: I installed them myself and have never seen any plastic as a part of them.
They do not come with footpegs, you will need to get your own, take a look at the Kurykin iso-pegs.

There are only 2 usable positions : all the way forward, (which is a couple inches higher than the boards, and the uppermost position (about 4 inches higher than the boards). The other locking position is too far rearward to be of any use as far as I can see.

RE: Kuryakyn Adustable Passenger Pegs Question
I wonder if the Kuryakyn's can be installed with the HD adjustable floorboard mounts?
How do the Kuryakyn's actually mount to the bike? On the floorboard mounts or in between the existing mounts and the bike?
2007 Ultra with HD adjustable floorboard mounts.
