I was at a dealer today and found out that at this point in time there are only 5 colors for the 2022 Ultra Limited. There are , 2, two-tone colors. Vivid Black, Gauntlet Grey, Midnight Crimson, & the 2 two-tone's shown below.

These are the 2022 two tone colors for Ultra Limited.

 

The chief designer needs a happy pill, or is color deficient. Her name is Ashley Nieman.

There have been very few bright colors, or sparkly ones like my 2012 Big Blue Pearl, since she became Chief. Maybe people like having all their bikes look the same, but I doubt it.

CVO owners must be happy about the Gauntlet Grey. That's a **** move to add that color to a standard.

 

Don’t think this it is Gauntlet Gray, that’s a 2021 color. Even worse for the ‘18 CVO owners, Gunship Gray… I posted this in another thread. I found these on a RG forum, and these are some of the ‘22 colors.

+1 for reef blue and black.

I know I’m a minority here with my vehement dislike for gunship gray and the 50 shades of it I see on half the new cars sold. Gawd it is fugly. I don’t think it’s even fair to call it a color. It’s an ‘anti-color’.

I miss my big blue pearl 14 street glide and 13 super glide. Yes I liked it so much on my 13 I bought a 14 same color. I got more compliments on those bikes than any other bikes I've owned.

 

I agree Big Blue Pearl was a really nice color. Had a ‘12 Big Blue Pearl and Vivid Black Ultra Limited, still miss that bike. I have my name on the list for a Reef Blue and Vivid Black RGS with chrome, will not be offered on the RGL. I think it’s going to be closer to the Legend Blue that is on the ‘18 Anniversary bikes. Guess we’ll see in a few months…..

 

I heard there will actually be two more colors: off chalk and dirty smoke.
