Default 2000 HD Ultra Classic has power but motor dies at 14.5 volts

2000 Ultra Classic
Fires up and sounds great, problem is once she hits 14.5 volts, the engine cuts off yet still has power. She has a new stator, rotor, regulator, spark plugs and battery. What are we over looking? At a loss and about to pull our hair out.

*no codes showing

UPDATE: Believe we figured it out…reset the computer with an ignition switch code

Is it a voltage or rpm when the engine cuts out? Watch the tach as well as the voltage. The issue maybe rpm related.

May want to check the cube relays under the seat, behind the battery. Unplug each one and check the connections for corrosion. Also look for other bad electrical connections.

Thank you for the advice; we had that replaced as well. Turns out it was a simple fix…reset the computer with an ignition switch code. Who would’ve thought it lol. Thank goodness for these forums.
