Default sprocket bearing replacement

Am going to replace the wheel bearings all around on the RGL for peace of mind. am wondering if there is any trick to removing and installing the rear sprocket bearings? Is there any special tool needed or will the pit posse puller work ok? the factory service manual is very vague on the description.

Put bearings in freezer causes the metal to shrink slightly, some heat up the hub to expand the metal and lightly tap in.

I think your best bit is a hydraulic press for that.
