Nice looking setup there. You should be very pleased with the outcome. I did scan the QR code yesterday on the DSP and if I am understanding correctly it is flashed with a 14-18 setup. I will be calling AHB to confirm that and see what's up.

Yes, yours should also already be flashed, and ready to go. I get confused when I read in the audio section, they seem to always say that you still need a flash even with this setup. I asked Tim at least 3 times, he assured me that I don't. I guess we will see.

Well just to be clear. I scanned the QR code on the box of the DSP and it shows to be for 14 to 18 year model. I have a 21. That is my concern. I will call to make sure that is correct.
As for flashing the stock HD radio Tim told me that YES I do need to flash it. I plan to use their loaner tool for that which requires I pay $79.00 for the license to download.

I only worked a whole 10 minutes tonight. Tired and HOT! It’s been a long day.
Stopped by Lowes on the way home and picked up the 3/4 hole plug. They come in a pack of two for $1.78.
Fit like a glove and looks like it was made to go there.

Spoke with Tim today at AHB. I just have to say he is the nicest guy you will ever speak to. So knowledgeable, polite, and down to earth. The RF DSP is flashed correctly. The QR code on the box takes to you data prior to their flash.
YES they still recommend flashing the radio even though the DSP is done for optimal results.
Do NOT get Harley to flash your head unit.
