Motorcycle lift scissor jack - which one???

Chopper Man,

I too used the above scissor jack for my Street Glide Special, however, after a few uses, the jacking bolt/screw/threads stripped and the jack was useless. Threw it away and went to Harbor Freight and purchased their hydraulic motorcycle jack...much easier to use...lifts more weight (1500 lbs.).

A scissor jack is a necessary tool, but can be sketchy without rubber pads both top and bottom. Without the rubber pads the bottom of the jack can slide on the table, and the bike can slide on the top of the jack. This could be disastrous.
