Thanks. Sorry for the bad pics. Assumed It was how they showed on my phone.
They are indeed wheel weights. It’s been parked since my last long road trip, after which, I had my dealer change the tires. Where they were found, I’m wondering if the tech put them in my saddle bag when they changed the tires and I drug them out when unpacking. I assume I’d notice if they are out of balance, so I’ll pay close attention on the next ride.

That's a possibility..... especially since you found two on the floor next to the bike....
I have lost several wheel weights over the years, I usually discover them missing during a wash and/or detail of the bike... None were ever found lying next to the bike.... I assume they were lost during a ride, while the wheel was spinning..
In any case, unless they replaced them with new weights in the exact same spot, you should be able to see where they had been stuck onto the wheel before coming off..
I don't believe you would feel them out of imbalance, if they are only slightly off...
