I just installed the cruise control on my 07 Road King, and though there is a hole for the star wheel tensioner, you cannot reinstall it due to the bottom of the switch housing now being much lower to accomodate the resume/accel switch. Odd that they would bother to drill the hole, unless there is another version of the star wheel tensioner with a longer threaded portion.
