Anyone do a Stage 1 on yours yet?

Went to the dealer yesterday to pick up a Heavy Breather Elite and the parts guy wouldn't sell me one....I thought it may have been some CA emission bullshit but he said it was because HD hasn't come out with a tuner for the '21's yet...????? Now I'm not some motorcycle guru but I've been working on bikes/cars for years.....but is there a difference in the M8s they're putting in the Touring bikes vs. the other models? I've seen this intake on other 2021 bikes......

Yeah...thought about that....I have a DynaJet Powervision with tunes from FuelMoto.....but using it would void the factory warranty.....according to the catalog, the heavy breather requires the ECM calibration with the HD SE Pro Street Tuner.....it's out of stock and HD hasn't been making them....I guess they're trying to force customers to use their service departments to install this particular mod...

 

the 2021 models have the new ECM that can not yet be re programed with aftermarket tuners. from what I understand Fuel Moto is still working on breaking in to the ECM with the aftermarket tuner.

there is only one company that offers a tune for the new ECM and that is TechnoResearch.
I am waiting for FuelMoto and DynoJet powervision

you and I both. so far one is stuck with only the HD version of stage 1.

 

I installed the Stage I on my FLH Revival including the map with the Pro Tuner. I will do the same with my 2021 FLTRK on Tuesday once my mufflers arrive, then on Friday I'm off to get the Stage II done along with my first service. I'm looking to keep the warranty intact and once it expires I'll build up the engine and get the TTS. TTS has a solution, they're just in beta testing after a little hiccup with some faulty cables.

 

I just put a stage 1 on a 21 Street Glide. I was told by my dealer to keep factory warranty to use the HD Protuner. They put on a Vance and Hines Power duals, RCX slip on and a screaming eagle ac.
