Default 2012 streetglide charging issue

I have a 2012 streetglide. I put a new stator, regulator and battery in it last year. When running battery voltage won't go over 12.5 volts and when I rev it up it only goes to about 12.6. Swapped out the regulator and still the same. Did a stator check and it's working properly. Starting to get frustrated as to why it won't go any higher. Also put a test light between the battery negative cable and post amd lit up for a bad ground. Pulled all fuses and when I pulled the battery fuse it would go on and off. Decided to starting disconnecting stuff and unplugged the radio made it go out

Why did you change the stator and regulator? I would load test that battery first and make sure that is solid.

Ride safe!

There are two ground studs in front of the battery. I would remove the ground wires and clean the connection very well. Reinstall wires and tighten. I had a charging problem with my 2012 FLHTK and this helped.

were there any issues after this work was completed last year.

how many volts did you measure coming from the stator.
