Today was a great day to ride here in the Northeast! There were tons of bikes on the road!

Ive been thru there a few times, but only in a semi, so far. I even see one of our trucks in the pick of I80 on the jersey side! Seen alot of places on the road, but hope to come back and hit them on the bike someday.

 

I took Rte 611 all the way from Doylestown and highly recommend the trip. That road sux south of Doylestown into Philly, but to the north of Doylestown it is a beautiful ride...

 

Been through the Water Gap many times as both the wife and I are originally from the general area and made many rides down the river road { routes 611 and 32 },on the Pa. side to New Hope across to Lambertville and back up route 29 { Jersey side } . One of the nicer rides in the area as are several back road rides in Bucks County ...........[sm=icon_rock.gif]

 

that looks familar. just did the ride on sunday 15 bikes strong. went on a cancer run at baer hd.
never noticed how big the mountainwas. were going to go up when the trees start changing.

15 bikes it was a great time . we usually stop a riverside bar and grill for lunch on the way thru.

Having been born in Kentucky, and now living in NM, I really miss the grass and trees along the sides of roads. To see grass here, we have to go to a public park, or lay our own sod. I layed a 30 x 30 patch of grass a few years ago. Costs me a lot on the water bill, but worth it. It is hard to believe that back east, people actually want to remove grass from growing. LOL
