Clutch Cable Adjustment.

Clutch Cable Adjustment.
So I replaced my clutch cable 2 yrs. ago when I changed out bars to 12". I have very little clutch adjustment left on the cable. I did take the primary cover off to adjust the pushrod and loosened the nut up then finger tightened it then backed it off 1/2 turn then tightened.
I wouldn't think the cable is stretched already. Is it possibly on the clutch cover side? I specifically remember being sure to rotate the cable all the way to the back on the ball and ramp assembly before putting it back on the transmission.
My issue isn't the clutch itself, is it?

I never had the cable in the clutch handle when I initially set the ball and ramp assembly and connected it to the transmission. I then hooked the clutch end up then adjusted the pushrod on the primary side with slack adjustment in the cable. I then went to the cable adjustment and brought out the clutch handle to proper tension. Which leaves me not much extra to adjust within the near future.
Guess, I'll just start from the beginning and remove the cable altogether and reinstall.
Thanks for the feedback.
