Bad Water Pump! It's not moving the Hot Water away from the Heads.

I’ve been running a non cooled bike for 15 years except for a fan assisted oil cooler I added to my 07 flhtc. The 07 and the trike both have the 103HO on it.
Updating the boom is separate from the ECM.
thanks for the response, I have had two non cooled bikes, 2008 Heritage Softail classic, and a 2007 road king police special, although the Heritage ran hot as hell, being as though it had a 96 Ci, the Road king had a 103 ci, it ran hot but never to the point that it actually was burning my leg, as was my 2014 on the way home. When I first purchased my 2014 Ultra it was bone stock for the first 1,000 miles and never really got that hot 🔥at all. After the thousand miles I added the Vance and Hines power duels, VH twin slash ovals 4 in and a tune, just to give you a little background on my bike, bike ran cool as hell. I don't think Chris actually worked on the bike, it was one of the techs, Lee does work part time but works mainly on Sheldon's stuff. I think I will check the plugs first to make they were the right NGK IRIDIUMS for my bike, as I ordered them through Autozone and didn't check if they had the correct part number per my application. Then I will check to see if any of the sensors have been accidentally unplugged. I'm taking in in too Scott woods on Tuesday to have the front tire changed, I'll have them check the bike out. I will also have them check the oil as well.

Sometimes technicians disconnect tuners and other add-on when servicing bikes. Once found my X-ieds completely removed and tossed in my tour pack. Might want to check to make sure your tuner is still connected. Also, if your water pump took a dump you would see the temp light and check engine light on your speedometer. Check to see if your bike threw any codes.

I had thought about that as well, I'll have Chris woods check that as well.
I also checked the coolant reservoir and it was low, it wasn't to the full when hot mark.

I will definitely have woods check that out, as a matter of fact when I spoke to Chris woods he had mentioned that, being as though he's the one that installed the power vision on the bike.

coolant level was low when I checked it, as a matter of fact it was at the lowest level mark, far below the level mark full when hot 🔥

yeah I thought about that too because it feels like it's running on a stock tune but worse.

Power visions do not have to stay connected.
