How'd the Classic bags fit around the ABS?
I don't thinkmy97 has ABS. As far as the RK Classicbags installation, I had to remove all of the chrome side rails first but otherwise they just locked right in with the two saddlebag pins. I did have to adjust the angle at which the saddlebag bracketswere at though. I installed the angled (low-profile) front bag guards while I was doing it though because my wife has kinda short legs and the bars were digging into her calves.

I guess I need to study my history (and read post details a little more closely?). I didn't catch it was a '97 and I don't know how far back the ABS goes on the cop bikes. I know it was present and extremely intrusive on the right bag on the '06s (Road Kings) I looked at.

police bikes are great deals saw several at kenporters auction a couple of years ago when in did'nt know the resale value.

03 police roadking if you can get over the looks of the puck you will love them.when I finish drinking my coffee in the mornings I just reach back open the bag and throw my cup in. you dont even have to be stopped
