HD even sells it as an upgrade kit for pre 2014 bikes, claims it is 5Db louder

looked at that......but cant figure out what that bracket in the pic is for......??????

I don't have, nor need that bracket to mount the horn in the cowbell...............

The bracket is used on V-Rods, not needed on Touring Models.
