Congratulations on that beauty.

But, what did they do to enable adjusting where the clutch grabs? If you adjust the cable, that just adjusts the free play. If adjust the clutch pressure plate screw that just adjusts the pressure. What did they do to allow the grab point to be adjusted?

That's a really gorgeous bike. I just got my FKHTK less than two weeks ago. I have the same questions as the previous post.
What did you do to make the clutch grab sooner. I want mine to engage sooner too. My 2009 Street Glide was much better.

I'll be taking the bike for the 1000 mile service this week. I definitely want them to flash the ECM so my passing lights stay on with my high beams.

Anyway VERY NICE MAN !!!!

Adjusting the lever to grab sooner is really simple on the new clutch cable set up, and I love it. Simply slide up the boot cover to expose the yellow assembly. You will see a red clip. Using a screw driver, or just your finger, pop that clip. You'll likely notice the spring release some pressure. Now, if you pull in the clutch lever you'll see that spring compress. To make the clutch grab sooner at the lever, just pull the clutch lever in slightly, compressing the spring just a little bit, and while holding the lever in that position, pop the red clip back in. Very little adjustment here makes a big difference so you'll be surprised how little it takes - I was. Super simple to do. Might take you a couple tries to get it where you want.
