Well, I replaced the contacts and the actual connector for the induction module. The one behind the air cleaner. Still nothing. I guess the last thing left is the actual induction module since I can replace the servo part by itself. Other than that, don't know what else to change.

I feel with you, these codes hit me three times.
Attachements may help you!? (The first is from an unknown author of this forum)
Good luck!

Thanks. I have the TT418.
Item 1 does not affect me. That disconnect has been gone a long time ago when I changed the bars. I changed to the sensor with the extended wires and no connector. Bike ran great for 15000-25000 miles now?
Item 2 I replaced those contacts with new ones as specified in the TT418.
Item 3 will be checking that tonight. Will be ringing out the wires from TCS to the ECM and TPS.
Item 4 Replaced it thinking that might be it and Nope.

Only thing left is either a broken wire (item 3) or the internal to the actual induction module. Would hate to replace that. Expensive and hard to find right now.

Broken wire could very likely be the culprit. Hope you figure it out inexpensively.

Once, i had a broken wire one inch away from the plug.
It was the black/white. Try to wiggle every single wire without touching the others. That was the way, how i found my broken one.

UPDATE!!!
Turns out it was a broken wire.
Rang out the wires from the ECM to the TCM. All good. Then I checked from the ECM to the TPS. That is when I found the broken wire.
The BK/WH wire, BUT not where most of them break. This was about 2" from the connector behind the headlight. Where the TPS connects. The BK/WH wire was broken and four others were about to break. Only connected by a few strands. It looks like the wires were crushed somehow. No idea how. Fixed the wires, ensured they were routed so they won't get crushed again.
Bike started up. I then let it run for a minute. Turned off and cleared the codes. Turned it back on, took it for a quick ride about 10 miles. Running good and no engine light and no codes.
Thank you all for the help!!

Went out again!
Turned bike on and no throttle, but I checked for codes and I get NO RSPNS.
Did not have time to look at anything. I was on my way to work, so basically shut down and got in my truck. OH man. Need to go back to cables!!!

Resurrecting this old thread as I want to know the outcome. Sounds like you (the OP) have since moved on from the Road King.

I am getting to P1510 and 2138 codes on my 2017 UL. Changed the TBW and Throttle Position Sensor already. Had a dealer put it on the diagnostic computer. Said my TBW and TPS were good (no ****). They said that maybe it was my ECM was bad. I asked them how often they see bad ECMs cause I have never read about any going bad. All my research has lead to faulty wiring except none of it has been on the Milwaukee Eight models. I haven't found a thread or post anywhere about someone with a M8 having this issue.

Hey @Trans_23 ,

I used this thread to find and fix the problem with my 08' Road King. Hope it helps you too.

My issue was the sensor befhind the air filter. Looking at it it was normal, but when I got the electrical diagram and tested each individual wire insied of it, I found one of them broken. I depinned the sensor, cut the bad wire and assemble it again. Working for the last 10k miles.
