I installed the lower fairing tracer led panels on my 16 Ultra Classic. When I finished the installation they worked great and are really bright. I turned the ignition off and went inside. I came out later to take my wife to work and wanted to show her the lights. Wouldn't you know it the left side didn't light up. The blinker function worked but the running light did not. So I called kuryakin and spoke to a man named Forest. He ran me through troubleshooting and we traced the problem to the adapter harness. He said maybe 1 in 100 go bad and that he'd send me a new one. It should be here Friday.
While their products are a bit on the pricey side I'll pay it for that kind of customer service.
Do you think cages will see me coming? This pic was taken before I shut the ignition off the first time.

If anyone notices, my front fender was backed into in a parking lot the other day. Her insurance is covering a new fender and trim.

 

Also had similar experience with Kuryakyn from customer service.
They don't even need to see a receipt when or if something of theirs does not live up to expectations of it
They'll exchange it no questions asked
They unlike HD will stand by their product.(s)
