Default Road King gear indicator

Hi all,
I have a 2016 Road King police. I know Harley do a gear indicator kit for older touring models (part # 70900078), but according to H-D it doesn't fit my year of bike. Does anyone out there know if H-D did one for 2014 Rushmore and afterwards?
( I am presuming the M8 engined tourers have a factory fitted digital indicator in the speedo similar to my 2018 FLHCS ?? If not I might get a Healtech GI Pro.
I await the wisdom.
Cheers.

I put one of these combo speedometer / tach on my Road King because the LCD faded out on the stock one. It has a gear indicator in it.

The Rushmore bikes have an RPM/Gear indicator on the speedo. Try cycling through the display for that. Not sure if it's an actual police dept. bike, but t I don't think H-D has a police specific speedo.

My `16 Road King (standard) has a gear indicator in the speedometer.

Thanks all. I only bought the bike recently. I might have to read the manual properly. Because it's a police edition the tank instrument is a tacho and it has a separate speedo by the bar clamps.

Should be a small push down "button" on the top right side of left turn signal switch. Just above the headlight switch. Push it down to cycle through.

There's a trigger operated by your left index finger. It will toggle through several options in the tachometer window, one of them will be what gear your in.
