I had read about this, when it first happened. I had no idea that it seems to have been a planned attack. I thought it had been an accident. Either case, it is a sad thing, but heck, the kid called police and knew this jerk wad was coming for them. I believe in the death penalty. I am a better than average shot, I would be more than happy to lend my services to a firing squad. Heck,I would make the trip and supply my own ammo, free of charge. Where can I sign up?[:@]

Chill, man. You took what I said the wrong way. I'm sure he'll put up a defense. I'd like to hear it is all I'm saying. That and I hope the bikes or the way they were being ridden had nothing to do with it.

We don't know what happened to provoke him (at least I didn't see anything about it in the write-up). His excuse won't totally absolve him, even if it was that the two guys had just raped his wife and daughter. We can't go and sentence him to the death penalty without him first being convicted by a jury of his peers and if every one of the jury candidates feels the same way as everyone on this thread so far he'll not get a chance at anything like a fair trial.

 

I have to ask myself if the charges would have been more severe if he had run down a cager or 2 pedestrians in the parking lot. This guy is a long-time loser. Since there was time for a 911 call, I think this guy had a few mins to think about what he was doing. Too bad we just can't turn him over to the families. My $0.02.

 

If you take a life you have no right to live. to do this you are a menace to society and you must be a little off your rocker and you could do this again, save the tax payers money and get rid of this weirdo.

Not that it matters IMO but the motorcycles sitting at
the gas pumps look like Harley's or Metric Cruisers!

And what's just as frightening is there are a lot more of these scumbags still out there. Somthing tells me he has a rap sheet 12 pages long with other violent crimes he's commited. Take him up for a helicopter ride and kick is azz out at two thousand feet.

 

simple, go to court, then run over him with a truck. Get his *** out of the gene pool.
