sounds like a V.R. problem when it heats up.
But could also be a stator etting ready to puke.
Heat is a killer of the stators (although they are better now).

 

Ok guys took the bike to my stealer and it was the voltage regulator . Fixed under warranty .
Thanks for all your inputs and dawg thanks for the bulletin .I tool it to thenm so they didnt even have to look it up. SO if you get a battery light and engine light youll now what to look for .
