It is even more impressive in person in the sun. It really pops.

 

I’m partial to deep - as in cobalt - blues. It’s all a matter of personal choice obviously, but the moco in 2010 offered flame blue pearl and it’s been my favorite since.
Luck with your choice Newman - I’m sure it’ll be the right one given your dedication to doing things right the first time.

 

That is a sweet looking bike and a very nice blue.
I wish I could own a bunch of Harley’s. My wife thinks the two I have is one too many. I like the nostalgic look of it too with the white side walls.

The luxury blue were 2001 - 2004 colors, but not sure if it came in a pearl. When I was looking at Kings before I bought mine, I saw a pic of a King Classic that had the 2-tone luxury blue/impact blue. Real nice color, I thought. I'm partial to the big blue pearl color, especially with the 2-tone tank with the black on the bottom. Here's the luxury blue pic I have.

It really pops, love the sparkle in it. Reminds me of an old speed boat paint job in the sunshine.

 

I painted mine this winter, love a blue bike, the color I used really comes to life in the sun.

 

Big Blue Pearl & black fan here. Had a guy in the parking lot at my Harley dealership ask me who did the custom paint on my 012 Ultra. He didn't believe me when I told him it was factory paint. Get comments on how nice it looks all the time..

I saw an 07 Ultra like this recently.
It looked really good in the sun.
