I just got my 2021 CVO Limited back from the dealer. They installed bars and detachable tour pack. I was wondering where to put the wires, there are a lot of them, so thanks for the advice here. I do still think the seat looks funny without the tour pack on. Its a bit tall.

I am also looking for a personalized license plate frame that is curved. I can find plenty of curved frames, but so far no luck on a personalized one.

 

I helped my brother get the Tour Pack Quick Detach setup sorted on his 2020 CVO Ultra, he's picking up the bike in a few days.

We went with a Custom Dynamics curved license plate frame, as well LED turn signals...

Most of the wiring should fit under the seat, maybe 1 or 2 need to get tucked/ziptied behind the saddlebags, I'll know more once I have the TP off...

 

Glytr has a plate holder like this one, but chrome. I had to bend the license plate in an arc to even get it in there. lol It looks sharp, but it's not personalized imo.

 

You can pick up a used, but in great shape, Road or Street Glide seat for $100-$150... and it won't look as out of place as the factory seat does with the huge passenger padding lol thats what I did, as well as a solo seat. If you have somebody on the back, the QD backrest also makes the stock seat not so noticeable.
