Scarygt, could you give me the part number of the rack you installed on your tourpack? I have been looking for something like that and I have to admit you hit the mark on the look of the added rack.
Thanks.. I think it really added some nice bling to the back of the bike. Part Number 79148-06A. Now when you install this thing take your time... it is a son of a gun to get it lined up straight on our tour packs. They have rounded edges so it is hard to determine exact center and what not. I got as close as I could calculate and then just used my eyes to get it right. Plus be very careful when you drill the lid. I got some stupid plastic stuck between the leather and the hard plastic lid... I didn't bother to remove it and most won't notice it, but it kind of bugs me.

Good luck, Ralph

Nice.

How solid is the rack on the Tour Pak? Can you strap anything substantial to it?

Thanks

CN
I had my old t-bag strapped to it and it is the same capacity as the trunk.. with that much weight it started to crush the lid. Not good.... I found that I can carry a 21" by 12" duffle bag stuffed to the max. That carries quite a bit of extra stuff. I also got the luggage bag for inside of the trunk and it works out real nice. So a safe capacity is about 20lbs. My t-bag was probably 35 or more!!!

Nice bike- I have a couple of your missing skulls if you want them. You pay the shipping and they are yours. I have the derby cover and the timing cover although the timing cover appears to have a slight chrome imperfection. Any chance you still have that Tbag- I need to buy me one of those.

Yo Tang.. I'd take you up on the you send me your derby and timing cover for shipping... hell yes I would!

I can probably cut you a pretty good deal on my tea-bag. I'm pretty sure I paid around 250 for it.. PM me and we can figure something reasonable out. I only used it on two trips and it is in perfect condition.

Thanks, Ralph
