Default 2010 Street Glide OEM 2-into-1 Exhaust

I have an exhaust system from a 2010 Street Glide. This is the factory 2-into-1 headpipe with the Screamin' Eagle Nightstick (80881-10) slip-on muffler which was made by SuperTrapp. Does anyone know if the 4" black muffler tip that covers the final closed or open disc is available as a replacement part? Even if someone has one laying around and wants to let it go, that'd be great too. I've searched high and low and haven't found any results from Harley or SuperTrapp. Any info would be appreciated. Thanks!

What's wrong with the one you have? File, sandpaper and a flat black spray can should have that fixed up in about ten minutes.

I would contact Supertrapp the baffles and endcaps are the same for many of their products, it’s been a few years but I was able to purchase baffles when I needed a few when my bike was being tuned on a dyno from them.

I sure you can get the part you need from Supertrapp

If you need a core in excellent shape I could help you.

My advise to you with a Supertrapp exhaust is on a regular basis, remove the 6 allens that hold on the discs and reapply never seize and reinstall.

It is easier if you do it one at a time.

You may be able to find the part at a dirt bike salvage yard

Dennis Kirk sells all the replacement parts / discs /open end caps / closed end caps

Or as stated in post 3 touch it up , then rotate the cap to hide the scratch

I'm aware that you can get replacement tuning discs with closed or open end caps as well as the performance core from SuperTrapp, which I planned on doing. The main component I'm looking for is that black end cap tip.

Thanks for the info and advice so far.

Sorry, I can`t find it either
Can you get a human on the phone at Supertrapp ?

Fwiw the black system I purchased this spring from fuel Moto has the same cap in aluminum finish
pulled out the instructions, no parts numbers
but at least its current so there’s still hope
i still say rotate it 180 and hide the flaw
good luck

SuperTrapp didn't respond to any of my emails, but, it doesn't matter now because I ended up selling the pipe.
