Default Bolt size help

Hey there,

Doing some work on my new to me 2013 Ultra, and found it’s missing a bolt. Fuse block under the left side cover, can anyone tell me the bolt size? Thanks!!

5/16x8 self tapping. #3634 if I'm reading it right

from a 2012 parts manual

Thanks! Doesn’t sound right being a self tapping screw...? And it looks much bigger than 5/16

Can you remove the bolt in #1 of the drawing and see if it fits the hole left by the missing one?

5/16" is the bolt diameter. The distance across the flats is likely 1/2".

A 5/16-18 x 1-inch long bolt should work. The threads should already be there.
