Default Road King FXRT Fairing

I own a 2015 Road King and I am looking for information about the RWD FXRT fairing, Does anyone have any experience using this fairing on a Road King? Thanks.

Great product. Easy install. All the parts are included. My only complaint is how far the fairing sits back from the tank.

Looks great. This is pretty much the plan for mine.

Biggest choice is either which fairing to snag.

AND, I would really like to have the pods for my passing lamps... but...
How is the wind protection... especially for the passenger?

Wind protection is great. Noticeably better than the Road Warrior fairing I have on right now. Going back to the FXR fairing for the colder months. Not sure how it does for the passenger, I’m solo 90% of the time.

I think Deviant Fabrication makes the light pods that will work.

Looks great!!

That was really a good fairing in my opinion. It was sporty looking and was functional.

I had a ‘84 FXRT years ago.....had a tall windshield for winter and long distance. Then used a short windshield for shorter commutes.

After the FXRT.....I always wondered why Harley didn’t carry it over to the Dyna series.

if I could sell my mounts, I’d buys his.

The only issue with his, is that you have to ditch the fork cans. Because I swap out fairings, I don’t know if I want to do that yet.

I may cut and drop mine a little just to get it a little closer.
