Road King FXRT Fairing
#11
Wind protection is great. Noticeably better than the Road Warrior fairing I have on right now. Going back to the FXR fairing for the colder months. Not sure how it does for the passenger, I’m solo 90% of the time.
I think Deviant Fabrication makes the light pods that will work.

I put one of these bullets on the RK for now, but, I snagged it with the intention of adding a FXRT fairing.
She is actually okay with this... At least to 70-75...
And I may NOT ditch it all the way... Was thinking along the same lines as what you are doing, swap as needed...
I know of DevFab, and basically, it boils down to whom I get parts from, paint, etc.
I like how the RWD mounts using the crash bar.
I just need to get a boatload of stuff to powder this winter
I have the road warrior on the Dyna.. and it works okay for me.. I get a little buffeting... But, it beats her up pretty good(she is a little taller than I am).

Hi Vonswanko
I just joined this forum and Im sure Im probably getting it wrong from the get go, plus its a very old post, but -
Who makes that fairing?, are there other manufacturers that you're aware of?
Ive currently got a Glidepro fairing, tired of it now after 4yrs plus, don't like the Batwing options . . . The FXRT looks great!, but not easy to find in the UK.
Any advise from anyone would be very welcome.
Thanks in advance
