I mounted these last night and the heelrest seems to rattle whether it is deployed or not. There is a tension spring adjustment screw but adjusting that did not help. Anyone else heard of this and is there a fix?

Sorry that you are having such luck with those footpegs. I have them installed on my engine guard for highway pegs and mine don't rattle or don't rattle enough to make any noise that I can hear.

 

I think there is a set screw that you can adjust.

 

The screws that hold the rubber insertswere loose on the side of the peg by the mount.No more rattles!!!
