A hand shift. Like a jocky shift, but with the clutch on the handle. HD will never make it, but I sure would love to have one. If I knew a machist, I'd be set. LOL

I sent a letter via USPS earlier this week asking why they didn't have a highway peg to match the Nostalgic footboards, brake pad,and shifter pegs already in production.
I actually had a message from someone on my machine when I got home today. They said that they were sorry that they didn't produce that part and that it should be made as part of the Nostalgic set and that it would be brought to someone's (I don't remeber who he said)attention. At least they followed up with me.

BTW, if you PM me the name and address, I'll send a letter also.

Heat shields for dresser exhaust (& others) that cover more pipe. Like maybe 180° coverage would be a no brainer, but they could get a little more with CAD design. And make the front heat shield that covers the gap stock instead of an "accessory". Ditto on the XL option. Maybe stretch the wheel base 4" & add 2" to the rider & 2" to the passanger. I mean, I take her out on the bike to get away from her with out getting in trouble.
Also some reduced rate option packages. The riders essential kits are a small start. But I'm talking like a package to turn an FLTRI into a FLTRCI or FLTRCUI without the nickle & dime crap. For example, if you add up the parts to add a tourpak to a SG or RG, box, mount, back rest ,LOCK (used to be 5 part #'s, just finaly in '08 goodie book is it a "kit") & wire grommet. It's about $1300. Heck just bundeling the lock stuff up it got about 18% cheaper. Or try to add intercom to your radio. Requires seperate purchase of part #'s X,Y,Z,P,D & download Q. No wonder the parts dept orders, service takes bike in & you come to pick it up & get told it's gonna be 3 more days we forgot to order part #J.
