Default Question about ACC plug

Is the plug I found under the right side cover
on my Street Glide the ACC plug it,s gray and
has three pins in it.I want to add a plug for GPS
and phone charger

Yep - it shoulda been under the seat near the front.

Acc plug is under the seat. The one under the right side cover is the diagnostic plug.
