Alloy Art makes a link that ties the rear of the engine/ transmission to the frame to work in concert with the one on the top of the front head. This helps stabilize all that rubber mounting that Harley has.

No problem, I have also noticed it is hit or miss around here with who likes to actually provide useful information.

What one person feels as normal/comfortable may be completely different for someone else. Tire pressure is definitely something to check and maintain.

I forgot to add this to my post. I was actually going to buy this until I read that it would not fit with a Bassani exhaust.

No wobble on my 2019 Ultra Classic whether the tour pak is on or off like a Street Glide. I keep the front tire pressure 36-38 psi and the rear tire at 42 psi.

I asked about the speed for a reason. Sounds like the friend needs to take a look at the front end and make sure everything is up to snuff. I would be looking at tire pressure and bearing adjustment for the neck. Im in pa and alot of the roads are long curves at 65 and 70mph so if it were normal i think id experience it by now. There are a few youtube videos on front end fallaway and adjustment.

I have 19 SGS and there is no wobble for me at all. Something else is wrong with the bike. Stabilizer will only mask the problem, don't do that. Maybe bad tire? Start with basics and work your way up.

Default stabilizer

I know this is a slightly late response but apparently it's needed, I have a 2020 streetglide special, I'm an automotive and motorcycle mechanic, I cruise around about 90+ mph normally on the highway and I've had countless issues with steering wobble at about 95+ in just straights, in turns its usually around 80 to 85, sometimes a bit higher, tourpak or not, I've ran into this on numerous rentals from Eagle Rider as well, tires are good, pressures are where they should be, Harleys have garbage suspension from the factory, as stated in an earlier post if the bike checks out then try running new suspension front and rear, Legend or Ohlins, both great brands, it's not rider error in most cases and not every rider is the same nor are they comfortable with what another one is, it's just a trashy build, does anyone know of a company that makes a stabilizer for the 2020 FLHXS? I've been looking but haven't found much, I've already ordered the legend revo setup front and rear, I'm sure that'll cure most of that but I'd still like to add a stabilizer

The Street glide does not need a steering dampener. Unless something is wrong with it or mods have changed it to cause a need. You can put a Steering Dampener on anything. My 2017 RGU has the Triglide one on it. Other mods made for the sidecar made it simple to install.
Also installed one on a 1996 FB that had a sidecar.
