How does this seat move you with respect to the stock seat on a 2020 road glide? Does it seat you lower and back?

It will lower you and move you back about an inch and a half.

I bought the seat when I had my street glide and I kept it to use on my limited when I have the tourpak removed and want to ride solo. A riders back rest is a must for me when I'm using the solo seat and if I'm planning more than a 150 mile day I keep the stock seat mounted. The Mustang is a little firm and not as comfortable on long trips....
