For what you’re going to spend on this turntable, would a reverse gear be a better and more useful choice?

Good question, however that will only benefit the vehicle it is added to, whereas a turntable can be used for everything that will fit on it! I have several solos, so a trike owner may go down a similar route....

I am sure the reverse in my sidecar rig cost less than a turntable that would fit it
