a couple of sheets of 4 X 8 Plywood on a frame should do it

I'll leave it to you as to how to make it rotate.... casters around the outside perimeter frame and in places along the framework to carry the load.... which is going to be north of 1300 pounds probably

You could do a center pivot point say a 5/8 inch carriage bolt of sufficient length to go into a sleeved hole in your garage floor drill a hole and bang a piece of pipe into it?

I'm just playing with the shop design on my computer for now...
... but if I do get to build the shop when we move in a few years I was thinking to contact one of the companies that builds low profile (or flush with the floor) turntables for car dealerships for a custom quote.
I am a long-time woodworker so if curiosity gets the best of me I could try designing my own

Having one sure would make for an easy turn around. A flush one with electric or maybe hydraulic would be sweet.

Yes, I was thinking electric so it would be pretty well maintenance free...
... but still design a hoisting beam right over the middle of it incase the table ever needs to be lifted

It's a simple matter of geometry, dependent on the three points of contact of the tyres. While the dimensions shown in the diagrams above are essential to determine clearance, while turning the trike/outfit, they do not relate to the actual size of the turntable itself, which could be smaller. We also need a similar diagram for a trike, to superimpose them for the final solution! Use "Vehicle Turntable" for an internet search for some ideas of how to make one. It looks as if there are commercial ones available, for the home driveway or garage.
