Default "Get Lit!" (LED headlamps for 2020 touring that are plug and play...

my question is simply this.........which LED headlamps do you recommend fi purchase?
. I fully understand the official HD (i LOATHE that price.... but in the end is it worth it?). I want true plug and play without surprises as i am still in warranty.
i do have the 4.5" aux lights too
the bike is a 20 electra glide standard

Hogworkz for me. Bought mine direct, fast shipping, professionally packed, 12 minute installation.

how about some LED bulbs to put in your headlamp to replace the 2 halogen bulbs and do the same for
passing lamps. that would set you back $50 or so.

Only the limited and cvo limited on the street glide/electra glide side have LED.
All 18 and up softails have LED headlight
And all road glides have LED.
Street Glide and Street Glide Special don't have LED

Having retrofitted HID lights into vehicles, personally I would steer clear of this option unless cost is the only concern. With reflectors having not been designed for LED bulbs, the performance can be sub par with hot spots and dead areas on the road, as well as possibly blinding oncoming traffic. Bulbs alone can give the look of high end lighting without the cost, but usually this is a case of getting what you pay for.

I put HIDs in my atv and they blow anything else away by FAR! I have heard housing design affects the degree of improvement, but I musta just got lucky with my ArticCats.

10+ years ago HID was the way to go, but LEDs have narrowed the gap to where I'm not certain there's any real difference aside from possibly better options in color temperature w/HID. Some OEM headlight housings will work okay for a retrofit, but for HID usually these are projector style and I'm unsure about LED. Harley and others started selling reflector style LED lights a few or more years back though I assume these are specially designed for that application. The bulbs might be worth a try; YMMV.
