Road my buddies brand new one the other day. One killer machine. He went with a Memphis shades shield for his first purchase and it looks mean. First thing I woulda done is get rid of those bars tho. Set of wild 1 chubbys would do it justice. Congrats on your new machine.

 

Had my new 2020 RGS in River Rock Gray now 3 months and let me tell ya... I love it, however..... I wasnt about to pay that extra Grand for the RDRS system. However, Once the mods start... Hang on to the wallet!!!

I have added new 12" bars (Factory 47s), Grip Upgrade, LED front and backs, highway pegs, Screamin Eagle Performance Heavy Breather, VH Fuelpack 3, Kook's 14in Sport Flare Smoked windshield and V&H Torquer 450's slip on's...

When I had my ‘18 special, the seat was changed out for a LePera Maverick DLL, the bars Harley Tallboy, the windshield Freedomshield 15”. the excessive heat in traffic was solved after the sumping fix was completed at the dealer. The stock head pipe if replaced must be tuned; add an air intake and make it a stage 1. If you don’t tune with a Harley-Davidson SEPST you will void warranty.


The stock rear suspension sucks, plan on an upgrade.

 

Welp I’m new to it all and i’ve Had my 2020 RGS w/o RDS for about a month so far, and I’m broke now. Lol. I bought

• the Defiance Collection, grips, footboards, pass footboards, shifter peg, brake pad, but no highway pegs yet (ran out of will to spend on collection)
• custom dynamics Magic Strobe for the brakes
• Ciro Saddlebag Blades
• 4-Point Docking Hardware
• LED Rear Fender Fascia For Harley Touring Road King Glide (from eBay, gives CVO Tail Lights look, but not license plate look)
• Custom Dynamics Turn Signal Eliminator Kit
• TAB’s Performance 4.5” Slip-on w/zombie baffles - BEST BUY EVER!!!!!

I think i will get the SE Ventilator filter as it will be in the SE Pro Street Tuner to complete my Stage 1, this crap sucks that we cant use Vance & Hines FP3 or it will void warranty!!! So because this was a big purchase and i can’t now afford to pay for any major breakdowns at the moment, i’ll Be a good boy and stay within the warranty.

I think i want Factoy 47 14-16’” bars, i’m not sure yet.
Did i mention i no longer am allowed to sleep in house, but on my bike says the wife!

I got her.... im so excited... I did not get the one with rdrs as I was afraid I might want a custom wheel up front later. I put rc components slash cut pipes and a sundowner seat... ordered rear passenger floorboards, a memphis 6.5 screen.

Now I plan to do apes, just dont know how much heighr I need/want... whats the average without replacing everything.

 

Nice Bike. You can go up to 14in bars and not repalce cables or wiring

That **tch is sweet!!! Love the color. I’m in between 15-16” bars my self. I plan on doing some cross state riding too, so I don’t know what’s best both worlds. How do you like the exhaust, haven’t heard that one yet??

Question, why are you changing factory screen out??? It has everything you could want, CarPlay, Android Auto, Bluetooth and USB reading port!!

 

I went with 12" Factory 47 Bars and it was super tight on the length for the clutch side cabling. Had to remove the plastic cable management plate to gain some additional length!

Let the MODs begin!!!!

Wind screen and to my knowledge the radio does not have andriod auto
Exhaust sounds good... its just slip ons but i love the style of them
