Default Torque value rear shocks

Don’t have a manual yet and I’m installing new shocks on my 2019 Roadglide , can someone please give me the torque specs for the bolts please.

My '15 Touring factory service manual shows 35 - 40 ft lbs.

2018 Road Glide says 63-70ft#

Pacman, the torque spec changed in 2017 when the M8's were introduced. My 2013 touring manual gave the same spec as yours.
