I would not use anything Motion-Pro or any of the other rebranded cables that generally come from Drag Specialties. Nothing wrong with Drag but I had a lot of trouble with those lower priced off brand clutch cables (one was Motion-Pro) on my bike as they leak oil out of the housing, at the crimped end at the transmission side cover. Takes about a year for it to show up and when it does you can't stop it without replacing the cable entirely, which is not a simple job on most Touring bikes. The housing inside fills with oil from the transmission then soaks through the housing braid and gets forced out of the crimped end. This was on braided stainless cables with the clear plastic coating, not sure about the black cables but would not trust it.
After going through 2 cables I switched to Magnum Shielding and have had no trouble since. They use seals inside the housing to prevent the problem. Just make sure you use a lot of spray silicone inside the housing before you assemble it on the bike to make it work easier. On their site it will list the length of cable you need. These are high quality cables and I ended up switching out my brake line and throttle cables to Magnum so they would all match. I ended up getting far better cables and got rid of an annoying fit and adjustment problem with one of the off brand throttle cables at the same time.
