Default Front brake shudder

Over the winter, I installed an Arlen ness 21 wheel with matching floating rotors, new EBC pads, progressive mono tube kit and flushed my lines.
2014 SGS w/ 43k
this morning, I noticed some serious brake shudder when I only press the front brake (at speeds where linked should be working). There is no shudder at the same speeds when I press the rear brake in the same manner. Any ideas? Everything “looks” normal.
thanks in advance!

If the brake is all new simply try cleaning the rotors with a suitable grease-free cleaner. I learned long ago that dirty rotors can do strange things, especially while they are new! Once they look like ploughed fields they can look after themselves - unless they buckle in some way.

Cleaned the rotor, found my axle pinch bolt super loose. Tightened and took it for a ride and the shudder is minor, but still there.

If it were me, I would strip the front end down and reassemble step by step with the manual. It sounds like something is loose or out of alignment.

Any chance you have a dial indicator to measure the rotor run out?

If the pinch bolt was loose, I would recheck the axle nut torque as well.
