My question to Reckless is why have they not corrected their brackets after all these years? I had one of their fairings a few years back, and also went through the bs of having to correct the brackets. I have a pic on here somewhere showing how ridiculously high the fairing sat on my road king. Otherwise a well made fairing that I was happy with. Their paint was a great match also.

I so want to love the reckless fairing but their customer service is horrendous. I bought one for like 1800 had it on for week radio keeper on rebooting. so after I few hours trying to figure it out because no one wants to ship something like that out unless it's really gone. turns out bad harness and I had to resolder wire. Here's the kicker sent pic and call them they said you have to buy a new harness it's only month old lol. their customer service is awefull.

 

Found mine had to be tilted back a little for best overall performance.

 

How well does it block the wind? Any buffeting?

 

where did you hook up the yellow wire? I see the red to batt pos and the black to batt neg. just got this and not sure. i have a 07 roadking
