Well here in NC everybody on a bike waves, doesn't matter what you ride, I wave at metric bikes, and crotch rockets, and they all wave back. Just what we do. I get a kick out of the different waves I do get tho.... lol Honda riders always seems to throw thier hands up to wave, whereas most Harley riders throw the arm down or arm straight out wave. I was up in Jersey city last week and nobody waved, made me feel alittle awkward, it's just something we do here in Carolina! But then that's the southern hospitality!!!!

I wave at everyone, but don't expect a wave back when I'm on the highway at 80 mph. I'm hanging on with both hands at that point.

South Carolina, pretty much everyone, mostly I've noticed Harleys arm low 1 or 2 fingers out, Goldwings mostly up, almost aparade wave Buck Rodgers bikes, mostly likely the one's not to wave, could be anything but then again their riding pos. might make it harder for them. Harleys always, at least a head nod.

I'm not going to wave anymore, going to stick my left foot out and shake it up and down instead. [sm=icon_stickpoke.gif][sm=icon_rofl.gif][sm=icon_rofl.gif]

Yep - even if I'm clutching at the time anyone who waves gets at least a head-nod back, even crotch-rockets (but then I've never had a CR wave to me. Wonder why??? Must bea snobish bunch ).

In Pensacola FL most everybody waves. The guys on the crotch rockets are the ones that dont waive for the most part. I think its just a shock to them that somebody on a HD is waiving to them

Normally wave here in NE Florida - typically ride the Daytona circuit once a week and like ealier posts said, too many bikes and too many cars to wave all the time. Don't really care what someone is riding, but it is interesting the different responses you get.
